But the new ideas must first be tested. The testing site was established near Los Vegas. Operation Ranger- 5 Atomic Bombs were released and gave the military valuable information. Operation Buster Jangle- Men place testing equipment. The “A” bomb is loaded into the plane. Crew & surveyors are briefed on what is going to happen and the dangers involved.
